Born in Ann Arbor, MI of Latin American descent, Vivia found communicating and performing a fascinating way to interact and empathize with others from a very early age. She keeps it up -- in English, Spanish, and every once in a while, Portuguese (Brazilian) whenever she gets the chance. Trained at both NYU and The Old Globe/USD in classical and contemporary work, she has been fortunate enough recently to work on new plays. Vivia also shares a passion for Only Make Believe, a nonprofit in New York that performs plays for children in hospitals, and will share the life-enhancing experiences she had performing with them to anyone who will give ear!
